For Thai Participants
Scan and Transfer: Utilize your mobile banking app to scan the QR code and transfer the funds required for the registration fee.
Record Evidence: Take a screenshot or save the slip of the successful transfer to upload as confirmation in the registration system. Your registration will remain incomplete if you do not provide proof of payment.
For International Participants
For our international participants, we offer secure and convenient electronic payment options. Registration fees can be finalized using credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
Please ensure that all transaction charges associated with your payment are covered by you, the participant, so that the full required registration fee in Thai Baht (THB) is successfully paid as specified in the registration fee table.
Transaction Fees: All transaction charges associated with payment by credit card are the sole responsibility of the participant. The final amount received by the conference account must match the full amount of the registration fee.
Currency: All transactions are required to be paid in Thai Baht (THB), as outlined in the registration fee table.

Receipt: The payment date on your receipt will be the date you paid your registration fee. You will receive a receipt upon arrival at the event on March 25, 2026.
Refund Policy:
Once payment has been processed and confirmed, no part of the registration
fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
This phenomenon includes, but is not limited to, visa denial, cancellation of
a presentation, or the inability to attend.
